Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have the potential to deliver therapeutic oligonucleotides to target cells in vitro and in vivo. Nitto’s state-of-the-art lipid nanoparticle targets hepatic stellate cells and delivers anti-HSP47 siRNA and effectively shuts down its synthesis and reverses progression of the fibrosis disease.
