Founded in 2016, Nitto BioPharma marked its inception in San Diego as a beacon of innovation and research for the Nitto Denko Corporation, headquartered in Osaka, Japan. Established with the vision of becoming an independent center of excellence, our focus has been unwaveringly dedicated to pioneering research and the development of new growth engines that propel us and our parent company into the future.

In the 100+ years since our founding, Nitto has grown to become synonymous with groundbreaking advancements in technology and science. Our Mission

At Nitto BioPharma, we strive to develop and deliver innovative life-transforming therapies for patients with unmet medical needs. We do this through the research of groundbreaking technology trends in drug delivery solutions, focusing on active and passive targeting in the use of lipid nanoparticles for nucleic acid drug products and finding those solutions that allow our partners to successfully deliver their entities to specific organs and cells in the human body.
